I think Winsanity should have kept airing back to back new episodes. Because it would have wrapped the season a lot quicker and would be done by October. At this rate, the season won't end until December or possibly January. Now, it's the only original GSN has for a couple of weeks until Hellevator premieres. I don't know why Idiotest is saving their season finale. Could they be using that for Window Warriors possibly? The 40th episode couldn't be the political one because it was classifed as a "special". Sadly with Winsanity most likely gone and Hellevator and Window Warriors coming soon and we'll see how they do, Idiotest is the only true game show they have. Although I've seen lately that GSN is casting for a new game show. Hopefully it's something good and exciting and isn't another comedic game show.
Adam: I thought the same that Winsanity should air at 2 a week to get the season over with much sooner. However, 2-a-week GSN figured damaged the primetime average too much just with the difference with the 9:30pm Winsanity. I agree with you that at least with 2 a week, all episodes of Winsanity would have aired by the end of October. For the lone remaining episode of Idiotest: I can say with certainty that 39 episodes of Idiotest have aired for the third season, not 40. The 40th was not Political Idiotest-that was its own series and ordered separately. There is the possibility that GSN filmed this "40th episode", but was scrapped because of some sort of bad quality.I also doubt GSN is "saving" a final episode of Idiotest....Idiotest brings no special ratings quality to lead in or lead out a new original over any episode of Harvey Feud.
You know what GSN should do? Create a new 1-Hour primetime game show like Deal or No Deal. They clearly have the money. Spend the time and effort producing something worthwhile, even if it only ends up being 10 or 12 episodes for the season. They can bill it as a special primetime event series, like The Wall. At least that would get people noticing the network, maybe tune in for something different, instead of more of the same overkill of Feud. Heck, that's why The Chase was so successful. Primetime trivia game show with hundreds of thousands of dollars at risk during every episode. Look at other successful shows and create new ones using similar formats and premises. Not that difficult to do. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out, pardon the Idiotest commercial promo pun.
I think GSN should produce 6 episodes of a Million Dollar Password revival in a one-a-week format that you are suggesting.
Since Winsanity got lucky in total viewers this time, doesn't mean that their will be a renewal for a second season in the future.
Oh ok, I guess that you saw I misspelling huh anon?I apologize.
No problem. As long as you're not J. Tipler, who I told never to post here again, you're good.
Once again, Thanks.
I've said this once and I'll say it again...Scott, how can you allow such bullying on this site? Months ago Mr./Mrs. Anonymous told a poster to go away and never post here again. Honestly I haven't seen anything from J Tipler after this. As the sister of someone who went through high school bullying, this hits home.
Obviously since Scott has replied to numerous other comments since I posted this, he doesn't care. So I no longer care about this wannabe game site. So long friends, I've had enough. See you on the other game forums.
Tammy: I do not see anything wrong above. All that happened is someone corrected a their/there mistake. That's all.
These posts weren't the big deal. It was back a couple months ago when the above poster told a guy/girl to never post here again or there would be hell to pay. Unless I missed it, the J Tipler never posted again. Him saying this guy is okay unless he's Tipler made me think of this again and how sad it is that someone can be bullied off a game site.
J Tipler is always welcomed back here. I welcome him and I am the owner-not an anonymous random.
Not true. J Tipler completely understands he is never to post here again or else he will be blacklisted from the internet. We've talked at length about it. He is a follower, not a leader, and is incapable of making decisions on his own.
See, right there it is. As someone who grew up close to someone who was bullied, this is unacceptable.
Anonymous gave me special permission to post just this once. It's OK if I never come here again. I've been bullied my whole life and I'm used to it by now. I know I'm not able to make decisions on my own without someone telling me what to do and that's OK.
