Ratings: 'It Takes a Church' down 12% from Season 1 premiere

Last Thursday's It Takes a Church season premiere drew 366,000 total viewers, down 12% from the season 1 premiere on June 5, 2014, which had 417K total viewers following American Bible Challenge. This season premiere is up 15% from the July 31st season 1 finale, which had 310K total viewers.

It Takes a Church received 72,000 18-49 viewers.

In comparison, the first season finale episode of Baggage On The Road at 10pm ET on March 11th scored 367,000 total viewers and 86K 18-49 viewers (overall, slightly more 18-49 viewers than It Takes a Church). The Season 3 premiere of The Chase on July 8, 2014 earned 494,000 total viewers but only 73K 18-49 viewers (a lot more total viewers than It Takes a Church but nearly the same 18-49 viewers). The Chase was renewed for a fourth season. The Season 4 premiere of The Chase on January 27, 2015 had 749K total viewers but only 132K 18-49 viewers (double the total viewers of It Takes a Church but not quite double the 18-49 viewers).
