|Coming October 26th!!|
Game Show Network has released the latest schedule for the week of October 20-26. Basically, all the changes that occurred during the week of October 13-19 (this week) will remain for next week. One change is that the same episodes of Crosswits will move to 11pm and 11:30pm ET on Sunday night (October 26th), which were originally in primetime. Smart move, GSN.
Also, GSN's numbers were a mix the week of September 29-October 5. Our little network averaged 303K/232K primetime/total day, where the previous recorded week, September 15-28 was just rated a little higher at 313K/243K. Not too much of a drop week to week (sorta), but a pretty dry couple of weeks.
The most recent week where primetime had averaged lower than 303,000 total viewers was the week of April 28th-May 4th, 2014, when primetime averaged 301,000 total viewers (that was around the time when Mind of a Man was crashing the average). The most recent week when the total day average was lower than 232,000 total viewers was the week of November 19-25, 2012, when Beat the Chefs and The Pyramid were crapping out and shows like Minute to Win It (Fieri) and 5th Grader were fading (Steve Harvey Feud also had 36 airings a week during this time).
Meanwhile, Mark Labbett just called GSN a "minor cable network" and says that The Chase is just going "okay."
