The long, long wait is over.
GSN's American Bible Challenge premieres tonight at 8pm with two back to back new hour-long episodes (8-10pm). Jeff Foxworthy is back as host and Kirk Franklin is back as well for the third season of GSN's #1 rated original.
In every episode, three teams consisting of three people who have extreme passion for the bible compete to win money for their charity. In previous seasons, $20,000 is awarded to the first place team of the episodes, $5,000 to second place and $2,500 to third place. Just like in previous seasons, three teams per episode compete in a chance to advance to the semi-Final, where in the American Bible Challenge finale three teams compete for a chance at $100,000 for their charity. $20,000 Season 3 consists of 9 episodes.
It has been nearly one year since the last new episode of American Bible Challenge (May 23, 2013), the Season 2 finale, which rose 27 percent from the Season 1 finale in total viewers.
