'Minute to Win It' Episode 8 recap

Airdate: 7/16/2013 9PM

Team Fire and Ice: Ben and Jaime, college friends are playing for the $250,000 top prize.

Level 1 ($1,000): Bubblehead: Both contestants must shake their head with an attached pedometer to get the pedometer to a combined total of '200'. Must be completed in 60 seconds.

Jaime gets 173, Ben gets 152 in 60 seconds. Team Fire and Ice are guaranteed $1,000.

Level 2 ($2,000): Noodling Around: One string of Pasta must be used to attach smaller, thicker pieces of pasta to the longer string.

Jaime plays. She fails to complete Noodling Around. Team Fire and Ice has two lives remaining.

Noodling Around (2): Jaime plays. She drops a noodle 7 seconds in. Team Fire and Ice has one life left.

Noodling Around (3): Jaime plays. Jaime drops a noodle and will not complete Noodling Around.

Team Fire and Ice have no lives remaining. Ben and Jaime leave with $1,000.

Team Law and Order: Shavon and Tracey are co-workers trying to achieve the quarter-million dollar level.

Level 1 ($1,000) Drop Zone: One player will hold two strings which represent as a track for a ball and must be released into three separate buckets with hand motion.

Tracey plays. She completes Drop Zone in 29 seconds.

Level 2 ($2,000): Bouncer: Both players must bounce ping pong balls into 12 glasses (per player).

Tracey finishes earlier. Shavon comes up one short in 60 seconds.

Team Law and Order have two lives remaining.

Bouncer (2): Team Law and Order fails to complete Bouncer again.

Team Law and Order has one life remaining.

Bouncer (3): Tracey finishes her twelve. Shavon will too, in 50 seconds.

Level 3 ($3,000): Office Dominoes: One player must set up 11 sets of printer paper in a domino fashion to ring a bell halfway across the circle when the dominoes fall.

Shavon plays. She will complete office dominoes in 57 seconds.

Level 4 ($5,000): Junk in the Trunk: Both contestants play. Each player must shake nearly-closed boxes with their waist. All the balls must be out of the box.

Team Law and Order will not complete the task. They leave with $1,000.
